Fact extraction, not fabrication

The AI's job is to read carefully and transcribe. If the customer said 'around 80 people, first weekend in June, at the Pendry', the draft event has guest_count=80, date near June 1, venue=Pendry. If they said 'in the fall' — date stays null. Missing > guessed.

Menu picks from your catalog only

The AI gets a list of your ACTIVE catalog items and has to pick from it. It can't invent 'Chicken Parmesan' if you don't sell chicken parmesan. Prices use your sale_price. Quantities scale with guest count.

Lands on the event page, not in an email draft

Other tools draft a reply. This one creates the actual event you can edit — swap items, adjust the date, preview the PDF. Once it looks right, use your existing proposal-send flow.
