Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Apron Desk (“Apron Desk,” “we,” “us,” the “Service”) operated at aprondesk.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you sign up.

You're responsible for everything done under your account, including team members you invite and any data you upload.

Keep your magic-link sessions secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, sign out of all sessions in Settings and contact us immediately.

Apron Desk is offered on a monthly subscription. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and is currently $425/month per organization, with a 14-day free trial.

You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of your current paid period.

Usage-based costs (Maître AI tokens, SMS sends, file storage above included quotas) are billed at our cost with no markup. We'll show you what you owe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, scam, or harass anyone
• Upload illegal content or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without a written agreement
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data beyond our published API rate limits
• Impersonate Apron Desk or any other person or business

You own your data. We process it to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.

You can export your data as CSV at any time. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days so you can re-subscribe or migrate; after that we permanently delete it (except where retention is legally required).

Apron Desk integrates with third-party services for payments, email, SMS, accounting sync, marketing list export, AI infrastructure (powering Maître), maps, and e-signatures. When you use these integrations you also agree to those providers' terms. We're not responsible for their uptime, accuracy, or fees.

Maître is an AI assistant built into Apron Desk. It can read your data, draft communications, and execute actions on your behalf. Every action Maître takes is logged in your audit trail.

AI output may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing what Maître produces before sending it to clients or making business decisions based on it.

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We're not liable for downtime caused by upstream infrastructure providers we rely on (hosting, database, payments, email).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms others. We'll give notice and a chance to cure unless the breach is severe (e.g. fraud, illegal activity).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.
