Settings, Connect an AI gives you a key and the exact thing to paste, checked against each client's own instructions. Two minutes later you are asking Claude what is unconfirmed for the weekend, telling Cursor to move the Patel wedding to 120 guests, and getting the Saturday crew planned without opening a browser tab.
The key acts as the person who made it, in that workspace, with their role. There is no service account with more power than anyone on the team. Bulk actions still queue for the owner's email approval, and the same ask-first rules that hold Maître hold your AI: it describes the change, you say yes, then it runs.
External AI access is a workspace switch that starts off. Turn it off again and every connected AI is signed out that second, not at its next refresh. Remove a member and their keys die with their membership.
Ask Maître how to connect Cursor and it hands you the exact config. Ask it to mint the key and it shows the key once, like the page does. Ask who is connected, and to revoke the one you no longer use.
