Add each kitchen / commissary / branch as a Location. Tag every event with where it ships from. Every report about events (sales, profit, labour, deposits, A/R) has a location picker, so you can compare branches without exporting to spreadsheets. Dispatch shows a tab per kitchen: the Westside driver sees the Westside stops, and the stops with no origin set are counted so nobody is forgotten.
Multi-location brings hard questions: which kitchen is most profitable? Which has the worst labor cost? Maître answers them without you building a pivot table.
