Structured actions, not free text
The AI doesn't transcribe your note into a memo buried in the notes field. It extracts SPECIFIC changes: 'update_guest_count to 60', 'add 2 chicken from catalog', 'add task: call venue about parking'. You see each one, pick the ones you want, reject the rest.

Zero extra billing
Your browser transcribes locally (for free). Only the short transcript is sent to Claude for parsing — typically a few hundred tokens per note. Total marginal cost: well under a penny each.
